How do I set up an account?

Click on the Create Account link located in Login area located on the right side of your browser's window. Enter your information in the brief form and submit. It's that easy!

I get an error message that says "Password Incorrect". What should I do?

Passwords are cAsE-SeNsItiVe. Check that CAPS lock is turned off. Carefully retype your password.

I forgot my password. Can you send it to me?

Sure. Click on the I've forgotten my password. link in the Login area located on the right side of your browser's window. Enter your email address and submit. Your password will be emailed to you.

I get an error message that says "User account not found". What should I do?

Your user account is your email address. Check to be sure that you have not made a mistake typing your email address.
 
If you have recently created an account (within 24 hours) it may not be activated yet. Accounts created during normal business hours are activated within 1 hour. If you have created an account outside of normal business hours it will be activated by 10am on the next business day. If you have questions regarding your account activations please call 888.416.1313 or email newaccount@ask-services.com.
