How it Works
Our examiner coordinates with you to understand your schedule B-I and B-II preferences. We start by including all of your standard exceptions and requirements. Next, we perform a preliminary exam of the title search and add additional requirements and exceptions, as necessary, according to the nature of the property search. All of this is prepared in your preferred pre-commitment format. Finally, we transmit the results electronically to you, which you can then upload to your title production software.*

What’s left is for your examiner to review the file and add a few additional items (i.e. buyer’s name, lender’s name, policy amount) before giving it her final seal of approval and signature.
