How do I set up an account?

Click on the Create Account link located in Login area located on the right side of your browser’s window. Enter your information in the brief form and submit. It’s that easy!

I get an error message that says "Password Incorrect". What should I do?

Passwords are cAsE-SeNsItiVe. Check that CAPS lock is turned off. Carefully retype your password.

I forgot my password. Can you send it to me?

Sure. Click on the I’ve forgotten my password. link in the Login area located on the right side of your browser’s window. Enter your email address and submit. Your password will be emailed to you.

I get an error message that says "User account not found". What should I do?

Your user account is your email address. Check to be sure that you have not made a mistake typing your email address.

If you have recently created an account (within 24 hours) it may not be activated yet. Accounts created during normal business hours are activated within 1 hour. If you have created an account outside of normal business hours it will be activated by 10am on the next business day. Is your web site secure?

Yes. ASK Services operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our clients.

Personal information submitted by users to our servers is safeguarded through ASK Services’ use of industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted servers. SSL codes the information transferred between you and the server, rendering it unreadable to anyone trying to intercept the information.

I have information that will not fit in a box on the form. What should I do?

For your convenience, we have provided a box called Additional Information for this purpose.

I made a mistake while entering my order. What should I do?

If you discover the mistake before you click Confirm, you may use your browser’s Back button to make your changes. If you have already clicked the Confirm button email or call 888.416.1313.

Can I cancel an order?

In some cases we can cancel an order. Contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We can cancel the order only if the order has not been completed.

After placing an order and clicking the Confirm button, how do I place another order?

Click the New Order button at the bottom of your browser page.
